Yep I am officially down 10 lbs as of this am. You have NO idea how excited I am. :) I have been so frustrated the passed few days because the scale HATED me. Even though I was working out so much the scale wasn't showing me that my hard work and strict diet had been paying off. Yes I'm obsessed with the # 1 thing you shouldn't be when dieting... The scale!... But I can't help myself. I want to get to my goal so bad that it's becoming a major obsession.
And after all the excitement, I wasnt able to go to the gym, and just couldnt motivate myself to do workouts at home. Yep LAZY!!! So we will start all over tomorrow! :)
Goal for the day: DRINK MORE WATER DAMN IT!!! :)
Foooooood:
8a: full bar protein bar
10a: banana
12p: 1/2 chicken breast , 1 cup whole wheat pasta, and veggie salad
3p: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup whole wheat pasta and veggie salad
6p: a bowl of multi grain cheerios
