1 month update: Operation HAB

Okay, okay, okay! 

I haven't been as good as I should have been. :(

But starting this week I have been doing better with working out. I have jog/walked 2.49 miles 4 days out of 7 so far! Even with as hot as hell as it's been lately. :) {115 on Saturday and Sunday} 

Ive been doing so-so on the diet part! I can be a lot better. I NEED to be a lot better. So that means no more cookies for breakfast?!? :( 

Seeing these measurements and seeing that they haven't budged at all in a month is depressing. So hopefully that'll be the push I need to be more strict this next month. :) 

In addition to all the weight loss adventures, I have also taken on another full time "adventure". I started school again full time this passed Monday and couldn't be more excited. :)

Biceps do NOT grow on trees

Okay! Posting for yesterday! Day #2 of Operation Hot Ass Bride! :) did awesome with my self control and not eating every candy bar in sight ;) hehe. Lost 2 lbs. Down to 159.6 woot woot! Only 14-19 more lbs to go! :)

Daily eats:

730am: 3 egg whites, whole wheat toast with 1 tsp of peanut butter

1030am: 10 raw almonds

1230pm: 5oz tuna, veggie salad with red wine vinegar

3pm: White Macadamia Clif Bar

530pm: 4 chicken nuggets, 6 whole wheat wheat thin crackers

Not too shabby eh?!? :)

*Operation Hot Ass Bride*

So I don't know how many times I've said "okay I'm getting strict this time" haha but this is the real deal people! :) started my Operation Hot Ass Bride today!! :) as of this morning I am weighing in at 161.7lbs. My goal is 146 lbs by my wedding day, 2/21/14. And this WILL happen. I'm not so much worried about the number, as I am at wanting to be more toned. My flappy teacher arms, mama hips, and not so delightful thighs WILL all my more tight and toned by the time I put on my wedding dress. :)

Day#1 was a success. No cheating. Ran 1.5 miles, did an arm circuit this morning, and then before bed ill do a Zumba DVD and another arm circuit. :)

Getting wedding ready! :) - 10 months to go

So I have been majorly slacking lately. But I recently was given a NEW motivation to continue my weight loss journey... :)

Day #2 of a healthier life <3

Okay!! So today is just about over (for me anyways *yawn*) it was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be! Didn't cheat! Yay! And even better news... I weighed in at 158.8 lbs this am! :) so let's just say I'm excited to go to bed just so I can wake up and weigh in again. Haha

Anyways..

Day 2:

Breakfast- 1 egg, 1 thin bagel, 1/2 banana
Lunch- 1 egg, 5 saltine crackers, 1 c cottage cheese
Dinner- 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 c steamed broccoli, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c ice cream

And I failed at the no iced tea today, but shoot its unsweetened, no harm right?!?

But I did however complete a second date with Jillian Michaels, and man o man am I feeling it now. My bootay and legs are sore.. And I'm LOVING it! :)

Back at it for a NEW New Years Resolution :D

Okay! For those of you who have been following me for a year now when I first started this healthier lifestyle journey.. Thank you! Your kind words and support have been amazing! :)

So some updates! I am still addicted to MyFitnessPal app. I still weigh myself daily (I feel it helps me keep making better decisions when it comes to eating and exercising!)

Today, along with my daily routine, I have decided to attempt the "Military diet" or "3 day diet" as seen all over the world wide web and Pinterest. :) You can do it as a quick weight loss before a special occasion (mine is my bfs surprise bday party this Saturday!!) or you can continue doing it 3 days on and 4 days off.

Day 1: Had consisted of:

Breakfast- 1/2 medium grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tbs of creamy peanut butter.

Lunch- 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup of plain canned tuna.

Dinner- 3oz of 95/5 ground beef, 1 cup plain canned green beans, 1/2 medium banana. (I skipped the cup of vanilla ice cream, just couldn't down it.)

Day 1 in all was not as bad as I thought. And surprisingly neither in plain tuna. Haha

The only thing I MIGHT have to change is the [iced tea] only on Day 1 rule. I'm a QT mango tea addict! I confess. Haha. But I am going to TRY my hardest!! :)

And then on top of the "diet" change , I have gone completely off the board and started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout. And let me tell you, she kicked my booootay! Haha.
