Biceps do NOT grow on trees

Okay! Posting for yesterday! Day #2 of Operation Hot Ass Bride! :) did awesome with my self control and not eating every candy bar in sight ;) hehe. Lost 2 lbs. Down to 159.6 woot woot! Only 14-19 more lbs to go! :) 

Workouts:

Daily eats:

730am: 3 egg whites, whole wheat toast with 1 tsp of peanut butter

1030am: 10 raw almonds

1230pm: 5oz tuna, veggie salad with red wine vinegar

3pm: White Macadamia Clif Bar

530pm: 4 chicken nuggets, 6 whole wheat wheat thin crackers

Not too shabby eh?!? :)
