Learn to love the burn

Ok Im going to get back to being strict. :) haha. ive been slacking quite a bit. :)

Ive been doing my gym routine at night lately, so Ill probably continue on with that! Ive also been doing a list of exercises I got off of Pinterest, that I will try to be better about doing twice a day. :)

{The Gym} Where fat is burned and pride is earned!

Road the bike to the gym.. well sort of this AM. Just short of haha. My legs were killing me from the workout yesterday, so i rode almost there, and then turned around and went back. At least I got some cardio in :)

Eats:

9a: 2 cups Multi Grain cheerios

1130a: veggie salad

1p: 1 cup of rotisierre chicken

5p: stuffed chicken, steamed veggies, and 1 cup of whole wheat rice.

8p: protein bar

And thats how the cookie crumbles!! :) mmm cookies!! ;)

End of week 5... Dun Dun Dun

So this weekend I finally got caught up on house chores, laundry and just everyday crap! :) but I slacked on updated you all on my day to day eats and workouts. Oops! Anyways, I've been horrible this weekend. But back on track I go tomorrow. :)

Went to the gym this am. Got in 30 mins of quality elliptical time and some arms and legs. Then went walking with the family for about an hour. And then later I rode the bike to cvs and back totaling at about 30 mins.

Tomorrow I'm going strict with the food again and adding some at home workouts into my daily routine along with riding the bike to the gym everyday. :)

Eats:

8a: two cups of honey bunches of oats and a protein bar

11a: 3/4 of a 6 in subway club

4p: 2 pieces of pizza and 10 wings :/ oops oh ya and a piece of ice cream cake (nieces bday party)

Little Ms Lady Luck..

Got myself a prett, shiny and new bike the other day.. :)

This pretty little thing is going to help me reach my goals in 2012. :)

Even after no exercise and my somewhat bad eating yesterday the scale still loves me this am.. :) 190.6 lbs baby!!can't wait to finally get UNDER 190 but I'm happy it maintained.. :) one happy girl I was at 530 this morning!!

Slacking..

I've been definetely slacking on updating this everyday.. my mommy duties have definetely kept me busy. Good news is I'm down 12 lbs today. Threw away 12 pairs of old pants I never want to fit into again, and fit into 3 older pairs of jeans I haven't worn since before my oldest as born!!yay!!

I had a lot of practice today on portion control.. haha. It was my little sisters 21st and we went to dinner at a sports bar but I did very well I think. :)

Didn't get time to hitthe gym.. :( but ill make up for it tomorrow.

Noms:

9a: honey bunches of oats

12p: handful of sunflower seeds

1p: cousins turkey/ham sub

6p: 1/2 garden salad, 2 bbq wings, and 1 nacho piece :)

One month down.. a lifetime to go!!

So this is the last day of week 4!!! cant believe ive stuck with it this long, but so glad that I have. :) Even though I get frustrated with my scale and it not telling me what I want it to, it has sooo been worth it.. :)

I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical this am, and plan on going for a 4 mile walk later this evening. :)

9a: 2 protein pancakes, 3 egg whites, and a banana

Today is a busy day so I'm going to try getting in an hr of at home Zumba :) and then later after I get back home I'm going to try hitting the gym for an hr of dancing with the elliptical! :)

Unless you Puke, Faint, or Die.. KEEP GOING!

Even though my scale HATES me again and is going on strike against making that dreaded number go down at all ;) I am still FOCUSED!!!

So I will be going to have a face to face meeting with that wonderful elliptical again tonight, another 4 mile or so walk, and maybe get some running in. We will see. :)

I completed an hr on the elliptical then we walked to get chipotle for dinner another 4 miles.. :) feeling good. :)
