Unless you Puke, Faint, or Die.. KEEP GOING!

Even though my scale HATES me again and is going on strike against making that dreaded number go down at all ;) I am still FOCUSED!!!

So I will be going to have a face to face meeting with that wonderful elliptical again tonight, another 4 mile or so walk, and maybe get some running in. We will see. :)

I completed an hr on the elliptical then we walked to get chipotle for dinner another 4 miles.. :) feeling good. :)

Eat, Food, Nom Noms, YUMMY:

830a: 2 cups of multigrain cheerios and a banana

11a: veggie salad

2p: protein bar

6p: chicken bowl from chipotle
