{The Gym} Where fat is burned and pride is earned!

Road the bike to the gym.. well sort of this AM. Just short of haha. My legs were killing me from the workout yesterday, so i rode almost there, and then turned around and went back. At least I got some cardio in :)

Eats:

9a: 2 cups Multi Grain cheerios

1130a: veggie salad

1p: 1 cup of rotisierre chicken

5p: stuffed chicken, steamed veggies, and 1 cup of whole wheat rice.

8p: protein bar

And thats how the cookie crumbles!! :) mmm cookies!! ;)
