End of week 5... Dun Dun Dun

So this weekend I finally got caught up on house chores, laundry and just everyday crap! :) but I slacked on updated you all on my day to day eats and workouts. Oops! Anyways, I've been horrible this weekend. But back on track I go tomorrow. :)

Went to the gym this am. Got in 30 mins of quality elliptical time and some arms and legs. Then went walking with the family for about an hour. And then later I rode the bike to cvs and back totaling at about 30 mins.

Tomorrow I'm going strict with the food again and adding some at home workouts into my daily routine along with riding the bike to the gym everyday. :)

Eats:

8a: two cups of honey bunches of oats and a protein bar

11a: 3/4 of a 6 in subway club

4p: 2 pieces of pizza and 10 wings :/ oops oh ya and a piece of ice cream cake (nieces bday party)

This weeks measurements:

Weight: 189.6 (down 12 lbs)
Height: 5'9
Jean Size: 15
Shirt Size: XL
BMI: 28.0 (down 1.7)
R Thigh: 25 inches (down 3 inches)
Stomach {pooch}: 41 inches (down 3 inches) *same as last week*
R Bicep: 13 inches (same as when I started)
R Calf: 16 inches (up 1 inch)
BOOOTY: 46 inches (down 2.5 inches) *same as last week*
