When Im dripping in sweat.. I feel badass!! :)
So I have officially hit 169.8 today!! :) So excited. Gonna keep this up. I havent been working out too much, but Ive been sticking to the healthier eating choices. :)
Goal for the next couple weeks, workout 3-4 times a week. Gotta lose 6 more lbs til my original goal, and then an additional 15 to my ULTIMATE goal. :)
Remember to DRINK YOUR WATER during these hot months!!

Train insane or remain the same
So as I am extremely nervous to get on the scale this am I was greatly surprised!! Down another pound!! :) 171.6!! Woot woot!! :)
Can you tell I'm excited? ;)
So I was at the gym on Monday. Went hard on the elliptical for a good 30 mins straight, felt amazing. Then started working out my arms literally in the middle of my first rep some douche comes up and was like "I wasn't done with all my reps. Can I cut in?" seriously dude?? I was pissed and got off. Then was just too annoyed to workout more. Maybe he was just intimidated that I was lifting only 20# less then him?? ;) haha. Oh well.
Remember during these summer months to up the water intake!!! :)

{Here's to Healthy Choices}
OK I have definitely been slacking, even after posting that Ive been slacking and need to get better. :) So after getting on the scale this morning and being only {14 POUNDS} away from my goal, I am getting back into it, so that I can set my new goal! :)
This is almost exactly my 6 month mark from when I started this journey on January 5th, 2012!!!! :)
Plan:
-Make good, healthy decisions
-Still eating healthy
-Workout after work everday, if for some reason I cant, then I WILL go for my 5 mile walk with the kids after work. :)
Measurements:
Weight: 174.0 (down 30 lbs)
Height: 5'9
Jean Size: 13
