This is almost exactly my 6 month mark from when I started this journey on January 5th, 2012!!!! :)
Plan:
-Make good, healthy decisions
-Still eating healthy
-Workout after work everday, if for some reason I cant, then I WILL go for my 5 mile walk with the kids after work. :)

R Thigh: 23 inches (down 5 inches)
Stomach {pooch}: 38 inches (down 6 inches)
R Bicep: 12 inches (down 2 inches)
R Calf: 16 inches (same as the beginning)
BOOOTY: 43 inches (down 5.5 inches)

Ive decided that once I meet my ULTIMATE goal of 145 lbs (or size 7 jeans) then I am going to {treat} myself to something real {special} so yay!! I am very excited.. :)
