New beginning..

So I started a new job today. First of many great things to come! :)

Also, I bought new work pants this weekend that were a size 14!! Starting out at an 18 only 2 months ago and a size 20 the last time u had to wear dress pants.. I'm on cloud 9!!! And I've decided to re evaluate my goal! :) no longer do I want to be a 9... I want be get to a size 7!! :)

Eats:

1230p: 1/2 chick breast, 1/4 c we rice, 1/2 c steamed squash
330p: protein bar

ELEVEN weeks!! Holy Crap!!

Just ended week 11, since i started this new lifestyle. doesnt feel like its been that long at all! :) Love it though!

So today is St Pattys Day, and my kids are with their dad, so I get to celebrate! So im doing all my stats and measurements today, so I wont be all bloated from the green beer tomorrow! ;)

This weeks measurements:

Weight: 182.6 (down 20 lbs) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Height: 5'9
Jean Size: 13 (finally felt good in smaller jeans! :)  )
Shirt Size: L (finally feel better in a smaller shirt! )
BMI: 26.9 (down 3.8)
R Thigh: 24 inches (down 4 inches)
Stomach {pooch}: 40 inches (down 4 inches)
R Bicep: 13 inches (same as beginning)*same as the last measurement*
R Calf: 15 inches (same as the beginning)*same as the last measurement*
BOOOTY: 45 inches (down 3.5 inches) *same as the last measurement*

Is that on my "diet" ?!?! ;)

So I went out with some friends last night and drank a little too much.. eecks.. so today has been an all around not good day. haha

1130a: 2 jack in the box tacos (gagged them down and they didnt even help.. blah)
2p: chicken deli meat sandwich and a small curly fry from arbys (still didnt help)
8p: a protein bar

Didnt eat too much today and because i had a massive hang over I didnt work out as well. But tomorrow is a NEW day! :)

Starting off fresh (yet, again). So much crap-ola has been going on lately, but NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Getting back on track with my STRICT diet again starting today, and exercises everyday, NO EXCUSES!! :)

This weeks measurements:

Weight: 184.6 (down 18 lbs)

BMI: 27.3 (down 2.4)
R Thigh: 25 inches (down 3 inches)
Stomach {pooch}: 41 inches (down 3 inches)
R Bicep: 13.5 inches (up .5 inches)
R Calf: 15 inches (same as the beginning)
BOOOTY: 45 inches (down 3.5 inches) *same as the last measurement*

Workout:

I sprinted on the elliptical for 20 mins today! and it felt AMAZING!! :) then I did 1 of my full body circuits!! :)

So all in all, I shall call today a GOOD day!! :)

New start, New goals..

Ok gonna try and buckle down today! :) printed out a few different workout circuits to try.. 3 total.. gonna try to do all 3 twice a day!! Ill let you know how that works out tonight.. ;)

8a: almond granola bar

2p: popcorn chicken from mc d's! (oops)

exercise:

I didnt do any circuits (go figure) but I did walk the zoo for 3 hours!! :) That counts for something!! :)

New "beginning" starts over today!!

I am going to get back into strict mode so i can lose the rest of this 30 lbs!! :)

I didnt hit the gym today, but I went yesterday, so today is my free day. Got on the scale this morning and I was back down to 186.7, which is amazing since I havent been eating so great lately. :)

Here is to another goal being met here shortly.. *cheers*

Eats:

10a: wendys panini breakfast sandwich (ok I was a littl ehung over, and needed the grease. :D )

2p: veggie salad

530p: shared a 2 entree meal from panda express with  the two older kiddos.. :)

Ok I promised a friend that'd id stop saying that I'm slacking! :)

I've been doing cardio regularly and eating no so "healthy" food but I've been practicing portion controls and have been doing decent. :)
