If you really want to do something..

you'll find a way. If you dont, you'll find an excuse. <3

Starting off fresh (yet, again). So much crap-ola has been going on lately, but NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Getting back on track with my STRICT diet again starting today, and exercises everyday, NO EXCUSES!! :)

This weeks measurements:

Weight: 184.6 (down 18 lbs)
Height: 5'9
Jean Size: 15
Shirt Size: XL
BMI: 27.3 (down 2.4)
R Thigh: 25 inches (down 3 inches)
Stomach {pooch}: 41 inches (down 3 inches)
R Bicep: 13.5 inches (up .5 inches)
R Calf: 15 inches (same as the beginning)
BOOOTY: 45 inches (down 3.5 inches) *same as the last measurement*

Eats:

830a: protein bar

12p: protein bar

330p: a side of orange chicken from panda

630p: 100 calorie bag of popcorn and banana

930p: protein bar

Workout:

I sprinted on the elliptical for 20 mins today! and it felt AMAZING!! :) then I did 1 of my full body circuits!! :)

So all in all, I shall call today a GOOD day!! :)
