New start, New goals..

Ok gonna try and buckle down today! :) printed out a few different workout circuits to try.. 3 total.. gonna try to do all 3 twice a day!! Ill let you know how that works out tonight.. ;)

Eats:

8a: almond granola bar

2p: popcorn chicken from mc d's! (oops)

exercise:

I didnt do any circuits (go figure) but I did walk the zoo for 3 hours!! :) That counts for something!! :)
