I am a day early on my measurements, but I didnt want to forget and I didnt do it last week.. :)
is weeks measurements:
Weight: 186.6 (down 14 lbs)
Height: 5'9
Jean Size: 15
Shirt Size: XL
BMI: 27.7 (down 2.0)
R Thigh: 24 inches (down 4 inches) *same as the last measurement*
Stomach {pooch}: 42 inches (down 2 inches)
R Bicep: 13 inches (same as the beginning)
R Calf: 15 inches (same as the beginning)
BOOOTY: 45 inches (down 3.5 inches) *same as the last measurement*
Ill update with pics later today.. :)
Eats:
9a: protein bar 1230p: snack size mcbites and small fry ( :D oops..)
