So this is the last day of week 4!!! cant believe ive stuck with it this long, but so glad that I have. :) Even though I get frustrated with my scale and it not telling me what I want it to, it has sooo been worth it.. :)
I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical this am, and plan on going for a 4 mile walk later this evening. :)
