Day #2 of a healthier life <3

Okay!! So today is just about over (for me anyways *yawn*) it was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be! Didn't cheat! Yay! And even better news... I weighed in at 158.8 lbs this am! :) so let's just say I'm excited to go to bed just so I can wake up and weigh in again. Haha

Anyways..

Day 2:

Breakfast- 1 egg, 1 thin bagel, 1/2 banana
Lunch- 1 egg, 5 saltine crackers, 1 c cottage cheese
Dinner- 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 c steamed broccoli, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c ice cream

And I failed at the no iced tea today, but shoot its unsweetened, no harm right?!?

But I did however complete a second date with Jillian Michaels, and man o man am I feeling it now. My bootay and legs are sore.. And I'm LOVING it! :)
