Woke up this AM at 430.. yes AM!! eecks.. but so glad cause the gym was alot less packed. :) Had a good leg and ab workout.. then went back home to take a short nap.. :) it felt amazing.. and now my arms are sore from yesterdays workout!! Feel the pain!! I later walked 4 miles in a sauna suit.. yummy!! sweat was dripping out of the suit when I was trying to get my daughter out of her stroller.. haha

530a: protein shake and a banana about 200 calories
9a: a bowl of honeynut chex about 200 calories
12p: veggie salad {I forgot to eat my chicken.. :( }
3p: protein bar
6p: 2 small chicken breasts
