Great Morning!!

Hello everyone!

IM BACK!!

Worked out for an hr last night before bed, then set my alarm for an hour earlier and woke up and did a mini 30 minute workout this am. :) And it feels amazing!!

Goal for the day: EAT GOOD, Workout DIRTY!! :) and POOCH BE GONE!! {ok thats more of a goal for the month! ;) }

I am a little upset because my weight was up a little bit this am.. 182.4. But its OKAY we WILL get it back down!! :)

Eats:

7am: protein bar

9am: string cheese

11am: protein bar

1p: quiznos grilled buffalo chicken sandwich (small)

3p: protein bar

630p: grilled chick break, 1/2 cup of whole wheat rice mixed with jalepenoes


Finished the day with 2 lap job around the complex. :) And I feel amazing!! Up and at them early again tomorrow! :)
